Refund & Exchange Policy

At FlashForce, your satisfaction is our priority. If, upon receiving your product, you find a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the conditions below.

Timeframes

Product dissatisfaction (right of withdrawal): Up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Manufacturing defect: Up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Visible damage upon delivery (e.g., cracked lens, dents, missing parts, deep scratches): Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending photos or a short video of the product and packaging with the shipping label visible.
After this period, the issue may be considered misuse.

Note: If you prefer to unify the defect warranty to 90 days to match your Return & Exchange Policy, this document can be adjusted accordingly.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals (charging cable, battery/tube spacers if applicable, lanyard/clip, user guide, etc.).
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been altered or modified (e.g., disassembled housing, broken seals, non-original parts, driver/LED modifications).

Once the quality inspection is approved, you may choose between:

  • Exchange for another product available in stock; or
  • Refund of the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable when the delivered item matches the order and is in good condition.

Procedure

  1. Email soporte.flashforce@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and reason for the request.
  2. Attach photos or a short video (up to 1 minute) clearly showing the issue and the original packaging with the shipping label visible.
  3. We will send you return instructions (address and/or return code, if applicable).
  4. After we receive the item, we will conduct a quality inspection and notify you of the result (exchange or refund).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection approval.
  • Credit cards: The refund may appear within up to two subsequent billing cycles (depending on the card issuer).
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank.

Warranty

All FlashForce products include a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of receipt.

To activate the warranty, send a video (up to 1 minute) or photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Cosmetic damage from post-purchase use (scratches, scuffs, small dents).
  • Liquid or moisture ingress beyond the stated resistance, or chemical exposure.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications (opening the driver/LED module, rewiring, use of non-original batteries).
  • Improper accessory use (incorrect chargers, incompatible batteries).
  • Normal wear and tear (battery degradation, surface marks, coating wear).
  • Stress tests or misuse (impacts, crushing, excessive pressure, submersion beyond rating).

FlashForce does not offer in-house technical service or authorized repair centers.
