Return and Exchange Policy
Please read carefully so that you are not disadvantaged in any way.

We recommend that before sending any product for exchange or return, you contact our Customer Service team via email at soporte.flashforce@gmail.com to receive the correct instructions on how to proceed.
Return Policy — Order Cancellation
If you made your purchase through flashforcelight.com, received the product in perfect condition, and still are not satisfied, you may request cancellation by sending an email to soporte.flashforce@gmail.com.
Cancellation period:
Customers have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a cancellation.
⚠️ Attention: This right does not mean the product may be “tested.” The item must be unused.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be shipped to the address provided by our support team.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
- Proof of purchase must be included.
- The product must show no signs of use.
❌ Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Refunds
- Credit card: Refunds may take up to two subsequent billing cycles.
- Reimbursements will only be processed after the product is received and inspected at our distribution center.
📌 Note: Every return must be communicated in advance to our Customer Service Center. Orders sent without prior notice will be refused.
Exchange Policy — Product Category
We do not offer exchanges for personal preference (e.g., different color or model).
Exchanges are only required by law in the case of manufacturing defects.
Products with Defects
All products sold by FlashForce have a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
Procedure:
- Send the product to the address indicated by our support team.
- Include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Attach a short written description or a video/photo showing the defect and how the product is used.
⚠️ Products sent without following these instructions will be returned automatically.
Inspection period: Up to 15 business days after receipt.
If approved:
- The customer will receive the same product at no cost.
- If the product is unavailable, the customer may choose another of equal value.
- If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid.
If rejected:
The product will be returned with a report explaining the reason for refusal.
Rejection Reasons:
- No defect found.
- Improper or accidental use.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized modification or handling.
Automatic Cancellation by FlashForce
Your purchase may be automatically canceled if:
- The credit card charge cannot be processed.
- There are inconsistencies in the provided data.
- The product is out of stock.
Refunds for Orders Canceled by FlashForce
Orders may be canceled if:
- Delivery is impossible due to an invalid or inaccessible address.
- The product goes out of stock after purchase.
In such cases, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method, excluding shipping costs.
